Краткое описание на английском языке
Here is a rare and very scarce original hand written in period ink four page 1817 - 1818 Georgia Superior Court document from Pulaski County Georgia. It concerned a debt of $110.00 plus interest owed by Samuel Jones to James A. Everett " ..... though often requested never paid said sum of this or any part thereof ...." and Attorney Richard Jones has petitioned to get a judgement for his client ......... The order was served by the Pulaski County Deputy Sheriff B. barker on March 18, 1818. The Superior Court Judge Daniel McLunen ( sp. ? signature is a bit unclear ) ruled in favor of Mr. Everett with the judge's signature and G. B. Gardnier Clerk of Courts. Great four page historical piece of Georgia history. It measures approximately 7" by 12" and 14" by 12" folded out. If you have any questions ... please let me know and I will try and send you closeups of any of the documents and if you have any specific interests kindly write me for any closeups, please.. Shipping is $9.99 with USPS insurance ... I will not ship this without insurance due to it's value ... and I will offer a combined shipping discount for multiple lots.
